 Business and Economy in Egypt

The U.K.-based Financial Times reports on world business, finance and politics. The website also has a homepage for the USA, Europe, and Asia, with a section on the Middle East and Africa that includes reports on Egypt.

The Economist is a British weekly newsmagazine reporting on the global economy, politics etc. The Country Briefings, compiled for 60 countries by the Economist Intelligence Unit, provides extensive economic and political data, as well as links to articles. Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), www.oapecorg.org, is an organization of 11 Arab countries (including Egypt) providing support to the Arab oil industry. The site also provides detailed information and data about oil production.
