 Business and Economy in Egypt

U.S. Commercial Service offers assistance to help U.S. businesses export goods and services to markets worldwide, including Egypt.

The U.K.-based Financial Times reports on world business, finance and politics. The website also has a homepage for the USA, Europe, and Asia, with a section on the Middle East and Africa that includes reports on Egypt.

The Economist is a British weekly newsmagazine reporting on the global economy, politics etc. The Country Briefings, compiled for 60 countries by the Economist Intelligence Unit, provides extensive economic and political data, as well as links to articles. World Trade Organization regulates trade rules between its member countries, and provides information on economic data, trade regulations,disputes and agreements about its Members, including Egypt.

International Monetary Fund, www.imf.org, promoted financial stability, international trade and economic growth among its 184 member countries. The website provides country information (including Egypt) and a number of publications, including the World Economic Outlook.

UK Trade & Investment is a UK government organization, provides country reports on overseas markets and other useful business information for most countries, including Egypt.
