Site has extensive section on employment, as well as sections on academic programs (both in the U.S. and abroad), language programs, scholarships, and links to dozens of centers for Russian and East European studies.

Peace Corps, www.peacecorps.gov. More U.S. citizens work in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and the NIS through the Peace Corps than through any other organization.
