API at the Center Universitaire d'Etudes Francaises (CUEF) in Grenoble, France
Students may study abroad in Grenoble at the Centre Universitaire d’Études Françaises (CUEF) at Université Stendhal – Grenoble III or the Grenoble École de Management. The Université Stendhal – Grenoble III was established in 1339 and is one of the oldest in Europe. The university is well known for its programs for foreigners learning French, and has welcomed foreign students from all over the world for over 100 years.

API and The University of Massachusetts in Paris
Advanced and superior level students of French may take courses with French students through the University of Massachusetts direct enrollment programs at either the Université Paris Diderot or the Université Paris Dauphine. The Université Paris Diderot is a multidisciplinary university with departments in Science, Arts and Letters and Social Sciences. The Université Paris Dauphine focuses on business, economics and mathematics, and offers some classes taught in English.
API at the Cours de Civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne in Paris, France

API at the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris, France
Founded in 1948, the ILCF (Institut de Langue et de Cultures Françaises) is a department within the Institut Catholique de Paris. Courses are available in French and in English at the ILCF. The ILCF welcomes more than 2,000 foreign students each year, representing more than 60 different nationalities. API students can earn 12-15 credits per term. Summer students can earn 5-6 credits per term.

Study in Paris
A semester- and year-long full academic, cultural, and social immersion Paris program where students majoring in a variety of fields, including the sciences, are enrolled directly at the University of Paris, l’ENSAD (Paris’s premier art schools) and at Paris IX - Dauphine (top French business school). Includes a home stay, or students can find their own housing, 9-12 performances (plays, concerts, dance) per semester, and weekend trips. Internships available for year-long students.

American University Center of Provence
At the heart of international education, AUCP offers two full-immersion French programs combining an all French-speaking environment, individual homestay, language partner, personal interest activity, and community service with rigorous course work taught by French university faculty. Fall, spring, summer and full-year options.

The AUCP Marseille program focuses upon international relations, the Middle East, French and Arabic language and civilization, immigrant identities, and cross-cultural mediation. Classes taught by local experts and tenured professors from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques. Program includes one week of on-site study in Morocco.

City College of San Francisco
Semester in Paris with City College of San Francisco
This program offers students the opportunity to live in Paris while attending French language classes at La Sorbonne,and earn transferable credit from City College of San Francisco. Other classes on this program include Art History and French Civilization and Culture, both of which include many site visits to museums, monuments and sites of historic interest.

The Abbey Program
A resident campus with its own moat, guard tower, gothic cathedral and lush gardens, the Abbey is a new school of thought in global learning. The Abbey Program offers formal classes, internships, service learning projects, an ambassador series and fieldwork all over France. The Abbey Program takes place on the spectacular campus of The Eur-Am Center, in a historical monument known for almost 1,000 years as the Abbey of Pontlevoy.


Experiential Learning International

ELI's program in the cosmopolitan city of Paris is a unique combination of international work experience, cultural immersion and rigorous academics. Students spend five weeks of this program in a classroom setting and then working on an internship in the field of their choice.
