Travel Writing Workshop
A day-long workshop for those new
to travel writing or who would like to improve
their writing skills.
Suitable for those who want to write articles
or books, this small, intensive workshop,
led by award-winning writers Dea Birkett
and Rory Maclean, aims to make an editor
or publisher only say 'Yes!'
Included in the day is a 'pitching session'
with an editor from a national publication.
Many participants get their first pieces
into print as a result of pitching here.
Travel Writing Masterclass
A day-long, small, intensive travel
writing workshop for those who have some
experience of travel writing or have already
attended the Travel Writing Workshop.
Led by tutors Dea Birkett and Rory Maclean,
participants work on a piece of writing to
get it to perfection. The day includes one-on-one
sessions with Rory and Dea.
