Mozambique Orphan Care
Volunteer to help care for orphaned and vulnerable children in Mozambique. Emerging from being one of the world's poorest countries after decades of civil war, many of Mozambique's children have
lost their parents and thus face food shortages, lack of adequate shelter and care, and most of all lack of attention and love. Volunteer on this project and you will be able to assist these vulnerable
children. Based at an orphanage you may help with hands-on teaching, organizing of activities, caring for the children, arranging food, assessing needs, developing life skills, helping with administration of
the center and more.

Whale Shark Conservation Program in Mozambique
Volunteers on the Whale Shark Conservation Program will help to carry out marine research and the monitoring of whale sharks off the coast of Mozambique. Program volunteers can help to collect data via beach walks, boat surveys, swims, and scuba dives along the coastline of Tofo. Volunteers are needed not only to carry out the field activities but also to help fund the program. As a volunteer in this program, you'll satisfy your need for adventure by diving, snorkeling, and swimming, while also learning marine research skills and contributing to an important program.
